Listen to the whisper of the trade winds brushing the tips of the coconut palms and get carried away by the colourful sounds of the steel drums, reggae and calypso music.
Clustered on the southern most tip of the Caribbean island of Barbados, Inchcape resides on Ananias Point right on the edge of Silver Sands Beach.
Facing into the gentle breezes of the trades, Inchcape overlooks one of the islands most beautiful unspoiled white sand beaches to it's left while foamy rollers pound against the coral rocks at the western end of Silver Sands' beach.
Inchcape is surrounded by brilliant clear blue water. Visibility is undisturbed at up to fifty feet. Swimming and snorkeling are superb. Surfing is exceptional in the shorebreak only steps away from your house.
Most noteworthy is it's location as one of the best wave windsurfing and wave kitesurfing spots on earth. Life is casual and unhurried in the true Barbadian tradition.
As Inchcape is located where the Atlantic meets the Caribbean the ocean can look like a pond on one day and can have waves out on the reef and a shorebreak on one part of the beach. The eastern half of the beach is usually calm and perfectly suited for swimming and seabathing.

FORMS OF PAYMENT
In our efforts to keep our rates as low as possible, all rates published on our website are based on payment via local bank transfer. Those rates also apply for cash payments.
We offer other bank transfer options which details can be provided depending on a customers location. Please inquire by email for further details.Â
We also accept payments via credit card, Master, Visa or American Express for which a 4% fee will be added to the bill..
Normal occupancy in a two bedroom unit is four people maximum and the one bedroom units are meant to accommodate two persons max. Exceptions are possible in certain houses and can only be granted by the property manager. Please always indicate the number of people in your party with your reservation request. The max. no. of persons given in a booking confirmation can not be exceeded, unless it has been authorized by our Property Manager.
As there are units which can accommodate additional persons, any additional person in any of our units cost $ US 50 + 10% Tax per night. An additional person in a unit are subject to management's permission.Â
All rates are based on a limited maid service as explained on our Maid Service page on our website
Cleaning fee charges: $ US 50 one time fee for our 1 bedroom units and studios; $ US 80 one time fee for our 2 bedroom units. This will be calculated in your final total and included in your booking confirmation.Â
For a more extensive maid or cook service, an additional charge will apply.Â
Special note:
Confirmed bookings are not affected by rate changes. Â
A Tourism Levy of $ US 4.40 per bedroom, per night is to be paid upon arrival.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
First of all we wish to recommend to take travel insurance for the full amount of the rental fee. Just in case you need to cancel your booking we will always try to recover days of a canceled booking and if this can be achieved, corresponding refunds will be granted.
